In good faith I ordered a Frosting decor pen on Sept 3 2013, Its november 21 and still have not received the item. Have been in contact with Tasha by email and phone. On October 23 she told me it was on a plane to Canada and should receive it in the following week. Nov 21 today and still not here. I spoke to the postman he said if it was shipped to Canada I should have receive it already. I would like a refund immediately. Note: I will never ever buy anything from this company, I think its a scam. Never had any problem with the other companies. Thank You. (Personal Information Removed)
