Russell Reed with a heavy Indian accent called my cell phne stating he was with the Department of Legal Affairs at the U.S. Treasury Department. He gave me his employment # 11738. He said legal proceedings were about to begin against me and asked for my lawyer's name. I told him I would not give information over the phone. He said OKay, within 30 minutes I would be arrested and incarcerated.
This was unsettling even if it is a scam.
