I sent my iphone 4s to HelloTotem on October 28th 2013, since then the item has been sitting in their evaluation system for over 20 business days.
The company has not responded to any of my submitted tickets on their website, phone calls and voicemails directly to the company and have not sent me any email correspondence regarding the issue.
