MR MITCHELL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS IN UNDERSTANDING THE REASONS FOR MY CONCERNS AND HAS ASSURED ME THEY WILL BE REMEDIED TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION.
