I want to personally welcome you to Jimdo Travel Agency. We process sailing documents and other relevant documents for international crew members like the European Sailing Permit (Required for all crew members before sailing through European sea borders), C1/D visa (The C1/D visa is for crew members who intend to arrive in and exit from the United States in the same vessel) and life insurance. We were contacted by Presidency Cruise as well, concerning your employment offer.

The requirements for processing the documents are stated below.

1) Scan copy of your valid international passport or Passport Number.
2) Passport Photograph (Size of Photo must be 45mm x 35mm, no head gear, no eye gear,no religious attire and with a red background coloured)
3) Employment Letter from Cruise Line (signed by you)
4) Application/Processing fee of 600 GBP (Fee includes Processing and handling charges for your C1/D visa, Life Insurance, European Sailing Permit documents and your one week training materials. Also courier charges for the delivery of the documents is included)

You are to send the application fee through MONEY TRANSFER (western union money transfer) to our financial secretary Mrs. Cheryl Carlton. See payment details below:

After payment is completed. Provide proof of payment by sending to us the Senders Full Name, Location where money was sent, 10 Digits control number and total amount sent in Pounds.

5) Fill the visa form attached to this email. (Ticking C1/D Visa box).

As soon as we receive the requirements above, processing of your sailing documents will commence and it will take 10 working days for completion. Delivery of the documents to your country will not exceed three working days once completed. You will take the documents to the British Embassy to have your British work permit and also to the U.S Embassy to acquire the C1/D visa once we have sent the completed documents to you.
