I took advantage of the 2 free bottle that is offered on line.for $2.95 on Nov 1 2013. on nov 2 i received all call for the same company that i had ordered from, offering me 30 days free cyber weight lose training program I said NO the fellow on the phone told me that it was a free tr 30 day trial that I had nothing to lose because I would not be charged on my credit card until Dec 1 2013. I called on Nov 14 to cancel my subscription and i thought that was the end of it...NOT!!! I received my CC statement today and on Nov2, 2103 they billed me for $53.51, now keep in mind I have received nothing form these ppl!!
I also have been charged 170.35 for the garcina camboia which i have not received either as of this date, apparently according to them it is stuck in customs!! I called today about charges to my card & they told me i am NOT eligable for a refund because I did not cancel in the first 14 days. How is it possible that they can charge me for $200.00 for something I DID NOT GET!!! I have called them 4 different times hoping for a better resolution and when I ask to speck to supervisor there is NEVER one available. I have contacted Local media, Canadian BBB and better business bureau in Florida. So they r telling me that even when I get the product I will NOT be eligeable for a refund because I did not request one in the first 14 days, HOW CAN THIS BE RIGHT PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
