Ordered night and day skin care samples for $4.95 each. Next thing I know I get this jar of face cream and am charged $99.00 on my credit card. The telephone conversation consisted of an argumentative foreign gentleman that I could not understand and he became very arrogant. I did not seen any agreement that if I did not cancel, they would charge me. I explained this to him. He said for me to go to their website and I would find it. I did not order this from their website, it came through an email to me offering these free samples with explanations of their success....I think that it is time for Dr. Oz to quit advertising everything that is not on the up and up. This makes two things that he has supported that I have been ripped off.
