Received a letter from them saying they could help win a loan modification. Complied with providing them with the information they said they needed to submit a request to the company holding our loan including paying them $3750. Have not heard from them in six months. Decided to call them and every telephone number I tried was either constantly busy or I got a message that the phone was not in service.
