I submited all of the rebate forms, original receipts, proof of service provider activation, original UPC code from the cable modem and wireless router boxes on 03/20/13.
On 08/07/13 called TechZilla Redemption Center at 866-870-4174 and got confirmation that my reabte fomrs completed and everything is OK. The customer service at TechZilla Redemption Center tried to pesuade me to accept mail-in coupons rebate instead of check but I said wanted him to mail me a rebate check only. He told me that I would receive a check with 3,4 weeks.
On 11/13/13, I made a second call TechZilla Redemption Center and was told that they was not able to find my profile. This looks like a rebate scam.
