I can top anybody's story here. I purchased their 1 year service for $199.95 on 4/19/13. Yesterday I received a call from them asking if I was having trouble with my computer. Yes I was. Once they remotely got in my computer they informed me the company was going out of business in December and they were refunding my $. They wanted me to fill out a Western Union form (Seriously, they wanted me to provide my bank info). I said no thank you just fix the computer. Then they said they would have to charge me. I said no I have a 1 year contraact. They told me if I don't pay them they would change my password and lock me out of my own computer. And they did! Got the police involved. A cyber crime? I am off today to Best Buy Geek Squad to unlock my computer. Let's hope we can somehow hold these (Inappropriate Content Removed) accountable!
