Anyone considering treatment at the Auralia clinic should first read about my experience with this clinic.
I went to the Auralia clinic to have a minor botox treatment to the frown lines between the eyes. I was advised by Auralia that the procedure would take about a week to take effect. I waited for over a week with no visible results at all. I called the clinic only to find out that the doctor that did the procedure was now in a different area miles and miles away from where I had the treatment done. I had the treatment done as I was going to be travelling and after paying over 250 euros for the procedure, assumed that after a week I would have visible results on my frown lines. I was advised that I could call back and see the doctor upon my return to the country so the procedure could be rectified.
Upon my return to the country, as advised, I called the clinic. I was informed that the doctor who did the procedure was once again miles away from the clinic in which I had the treatment. I said I would travel to the area in order to see the doctor who performed the procedure so it could be rectified. I was then advised that the doctor was fully booked up and could not see me and then advised to come back to the original clinic in order to have the treatment rectified when the doctor returned to that area. When returning to the clinic, I explained how the procedure had not worked. The doctor replied "what do you want me to do about it" in a very sarcastic manner. The doctor advised that he would not be rectifying the problem and that I would have to pay again. So......be very careful on your choice of clinic. This clinic was unprofessional and rude. It was a complete waste of money as the procedure did not work and the clinic did not rectify the problem or reimburse me.
