Thought I was getting a free trial that I only had to pay shipping for, just got my visa bill and there is another 103$ (Canadian $$). I phoned them and they said I agreed to this when I filled out the form. This is not true!! I would never agree to try a cream that could potentially cost me 100$! If I could spend that kind of money I would buy from a reputable store! The lady on the phone assured me I signed up for this! What a scam! Now my visa is over limit!

- Try the BBB and the Competition Bureau. The later is a governemnt agent and might have more teeth to help you.
