Like others I googled Microsoft support and found a number I thought belonged to Microsoft...after a lengthy diagnostic was told I had numerous polymorthic viruses and that my computer was totally compromised. Not being a techie I agreed to the $350 charge, and that is when the very aggressive sell job started for $1000 for 30 months I could have complete 24/7 coverage. I said I could not afford it and the "supervisor" authorized a special one time only rate of $750. Some 4 hours passed with various technicians...it was a nightmare. Avoid them like the plague.

  • We are hardly a scam. We are independent global online service provider and we are not related to Microsoft, other than we are a Microsoft- Certified partner. We very clearly identify ourselves. We work on Microsoft issues, but that doesn’t mean we are Microsoft. If an auto repair shop is certified to work on Fords, that doesn’t mean that they are Ford Motor Company. We are Microsoft certified. It’s not true that OmniTech Support’s phone number is mentioned under any Microsoft website. As these allegations are posted anonymously, so obviously we are not in a position to offer any comments as to what actually, if anything, did transpire. We invite this person to provide some more details like, date of contacting us, the customer ID she was given, so that we can investigate further into this particular case.

As always, we are here to assist people who need our experienced technician’s help regarding their any software related-issues at a very economical cost. We provide quality, affordable technical support, and always try to provide the best services to our customers. That’s why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
