Placed an order on (https://garcinia-cambogia-trial.com/) for gacinia-cambogia extract on October 12th 2013. The website said that all I had to pay was $3.95 and I would get two free trail bottles. I didn't read the terms and conditions and I really wish I did before making an impulse buy on something that was too good to be true. On the 17th of October, I saw a charge on my debit card for $159.00. I didn't know what this charge was for and filed a claim with my bank. I called buyhlper because the number was on the statement in my account history. I was told that I was automatically enrolled into their recurring billing program (this was in the terms i guess) and now I will be charged $159.00. I told them I wanted to cancel and get my money back. They told me I was suppose to cancel by three days of placing the order (I didn't even have the bottles yet since they arrived on the 21st of october). They told me I could send them back to get my money back so I did. The package arrived on the 26th of october, but since they didn't process the package, I was late for the return (14 days after the order date). So now I am out of money and I don't even have the product because I sent it back to them. I filed a report to the BBB. Doubt that will do anything. Never trust a deal that is too good to be true.

  • Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
