I have purchased 2 units of Sony Z1 from the sales personnel called Mohammed Shafiq. But he accidentally ship out 7 units for me. It seems like this is their trick to ask for more money from the buyer. They asked me to pay alot of fees such as custom fees, delivery fees and deposit for the extra 5 units. However, after I paid the money to them, I still not receiving my phones as it's on hold by the seller. Even though they gave the tracking number to track you goods, but i strongly believe that the courier company was fraud. My tracking number is SGD79331KL (Perfect Carrier Service). I have called and complaint to the sales personnel (Mohammed) and his boss (Mr. Kiny Pau), but they can't give me any solution. After all, I asked them to refund my payment, they said they will refund in 7 working days, but until now still not receiving the refund payment. I believe this company (E-planetsales) was fraud and please do not buy any products from them!
