I want to complain to U S Cellular, today I went to have my phone check and I waited for 2 hours finally I left I know that I can expect to be taken care right of way but I think 2 hrs is too much. I asked to talk with the manager witch a that time was Brandon well He never came to talk to me So I decided to leave I think this is a very poor way to conduct business I sure you value your time, so do I. I wasn’t the only one, there were 3 or 4 customers that have the same problem. I hope you pay your attention to this complain. The Store Manager name is Troy Zingsheim.
