Pretty much foot in mouth for this one, and identical to the other complaints.

A young man and woman came to my door today, talking about a contest selling magazines, donating books to a children's hospital, or donating magazines for the troops (this is what got me...as a veteran myself).

They were relatively friendly, and provided a receipt which I should have noticed didn't look the best.

They asked if they could enter my home to write out the receipt which I refused (barely a plus for that). I paid $44 in cash, and sent them on their way.

I had a bad feeling right away and I checked their website explorercomm.com. The website was rather lacking in information, and upon their listing on scambook, it appears that I fell for the scam. I have actually sent a copy of the receipt but who knows.
