So similar to the person who posted in Feb 2014. Approached by a young man who said he was vying to win a trip to Italy for his school curriculum. I should have immediately noticed his lack of finesse and language capaciy despite supposedly being an "A-class honor roll student." As of current, the company has not returned reply back, nor can I find any trace to find out what happened to the monies to be supposedly spent to help donate books to the hospital.
Learned the hard way, but for all you others, by all means, DO NOT DONATE SOLICITATORS. If you really want to donate, contact the institution directly. They will appreciate that and you will get better karma than what I went through.
