I ordered a custom jersey from them when I received it the name was misspelled.when I contacted them via e-mail to ask to have it replaced they told me I had to send them 30USD and they would send a new one I asked for a return address so I could return the jersey and just get a refund as stated in the return policy on the website and just keep getting the same response send more money.
