Sined on with their tech support as the represented themselves to be Microsoft. I am 72 and widowed and not computer literate . Dropped Direct tv and bundled phone, TV and Internet to save over $ 100 mo.

After learning Maxestech was NOT Microsoft a d managed by rude and foreign broken English, requested to cancel S219.99 agreement. Spoke numerous times with a Daniel and a James. They requested payment for enabling my Outlook Express for $119.99 and stated the woud credit my MasterCard for the balance of $100. Have an email from them indicating the credit was in the process and would take 3-7 days for completion.

To date11/2/13 NO credit has been done and their tel is constantly busy.

After reading your posts! Believe I have been scammed by them.

Thanks for your interests and efforts.
