My husband and I have had many troubles working with Royal Holiday Club. We have tried to get our concerns and complaints addressed with this company to no resolution. We have also reported complaints with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to do so. We purchased a platinum membership (paid up front) in 2003. Through the years we have had multiple problems with Royal Holiday billing our account incorrectly and making reservations that were unsatisfactory. In 2009, we had so many accounting problems we felt our contract was breached and we have stopped using their services. We now have a collection agency calling us weekly and are prepared to take action against Royal Holiday. We have tried all means of dealing with them directly with no resolution to our problems. We are seeking immediate termination of our contract.
