I ordered a "free 14 day trial" of product and was charged $90 on my credit card. When I called customer service I was told I had agreed to a monthly membership and if I had opened the bottles there would be no refund. (How do you take a 14 day trial without opening the bottle?) They finally agreed to a 50% refund, but it took considerable effort. Supposedly the terms were listed with the "over 18" check box.
