This outfit is absolutely the WORST I have ever dealt with. They bait you with a low price and then....oh...BTW, this is a gray market camera. You should upgrade to the USA model. I ordered it 9-18-2013 and it is now 11-1-2013 and no camera. I have called numerous times and been put on hold for 20,30,45 minutes at a time and then put on hold again while they check the order. I was even hung up on when I asked for a refund. Luckily, my credit card company refunded my long saved dollars for this camera and I purchased one from a reputable company....and it only took 4 days from purchase to delivery. Stay away from these rip off artists. The clown named Allan was particularly rude.
