MY complaint is exactly as the one previous to mind. I ordered the products advertised as a free introductory offer. On 10/29/13 the company took $93 and $99 dollars out of my checking account. When I contacted the company, they told me that the product had been delivered on 10/19 and I had to call and cancel within 14 days. I did not receive the product until 10/21 which mean the 14 days has not passed. The person on the phone was rude and refused to credit back my account. I may have bounced checks as a result of these withdrawals. The bank said they had had several similar complaints and it was almost impossible to get the recurring charges stopped. The bank suggested I get a new debit card so that any further charges will not go through.
