I called them in September before the 14 days (day 13) to advise that I hadn't received the product and asked them about charging me for the full value of the product after the day I called (day 14). They said that there was in fact a charge after day 14 for the full value of the product of $89.00 and that I would be automatically re-billed each month until I called to cancel my subscription. I asked them to cancel my subscription (still on Day 13) and they went ahead and billed me another month afterwards (Oct 17) for another $89.00. The only thing they offered me was a 25% refund and my cancellation would be effective immediately. I made sure they provided me with a reference number this time.
