This company is completely unethical. We signed up for their merchant services about a year ago. This spring our sales spiked and they said we exceeded our pre-approved maximum. They then proceed to take a 20% (!!!) reserve for every transaction. So for every transaction, they keep 20%. And they kept it for 4 months while we were being evaluated.

If this were not bad enough the company showed zero remorse, and had zero customer service throughout the process. I would email them weekly to get an update on when we would get our money back and they would ignore phone calls and emails. When I finally got someone on the phone, they would act like I was an idiot for ASKING ABOUT MY MONEY, and then blow me off with some canned answer.

Now that we have moved onto another credit card/merchant processor they released $20k of the $83k that they are holding and tell us they'll release more when they damn well feel like it.

To add to all this they tried to close my account today and tell me that all funds would be considered settled, ESSENTIALLY STEALING OUR $63K. I have prevented them from doing this but they still tried to do it.

Our new provider is even saving on the fees collected for processing cards. We are saving about 50% now. Eonlinedate or powerpay were completely misleading about their fees and straight up lied about what we would be charged for ordinary credit card transactions.

STAY AWAY.
