The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
They are using my company's name and address as their head office. I am not associated with them whatsoever. I received a letter from Kansas Atty. General about a customer's complaint. I did my research and found out that this people are scamming people and using someone else' address in U.S. which so happened is registered under my name. The Atty. General of Kansas is already doing their investigation. Just want to warn potential client of this scam going on.
