I ordered expecting the product in a few days, got it 15 days later and immediately called to cancel the charges on the products. I was told it was cancelled, but I just got my credit statement with all the charges there for $193. I called today and was told I missed the 14 day window to cancel the charges and that the only thing cancelled was any FUTURE shipments. I thought I should look at the product before I refused, but I should have called before I even saw them. The customer service will refund me $100 as of today (10/30/13). Maybe this is the price of being stupid enough to tangle with this corporation.
