getting a cotract actually 2 was approved for was initially going to send total over 3000.00 thank god i didn't i sent 688.00 to a edward warren in new york, had no idea this was a scam i called milwaukee police dept they said company exsisted at the address so i went a long on that factor and a lil as to the way mr coen was presenting himself, i was approved for 5000.00 w requirement of payment of the above amt, the second one was approved for 18,000. total required was to be over 2300. that one i did not do, i have been trying to make contact with this man who stated funds would be in my acct this am 10/27/13 they are not there. i tried searching for the ceo who is on the contract name william spencer no luck i have no idea what would be so nice to hurt women who are in need of help to take care of family etc not having the best credit thinking there is someone out there to give you that 2nd chance. WRONG HE IS A SCAM PLEASE BE CAREFUL MY SEARCH HAS JUST BEGUN!

- I was a victim of this also, $1712.00 lost. I have reported the fraud to my local PD, the FBI Internet Crimes Unit (IC3) and three state attorney generals. Did you send your money to New York? That is one common thing I have found, all 4 of us that have been scammed sent the money to New York.

- He has read this as well, he told me last week when I replied to Courtney. Of course called his Extension 319 many times, he won't even pick up as he is a fraud and a coward. I also did 2 different complaints to BBB to investigate with the PD of Wisconsin. Sad he goes after women in need to help their families, he'll get something bad back 10 fold!
