I sent the deposit and paid the fee through western union (which happened to be in my bank) so that the receiver would get the money within minutes. Mr. Gibson told me to call him as soon as I sent the money so I did, I called him with the confirmation number and he proceeded to contgratulate me and told me I would get my money no later than 3:00pm by Friday.
Friday came along and I did not receive my money, so I email Mr. Gibson who did not respond to my email. I called Pine Valley but could not get thorugh to Mr. Gibson. I spoke to the manager who told me that there was a problem with my loan and told me I would have to send another $912.00 in order to get money. I cried on the phone and begged him to please return my money but this man apologized and said there is nothing he could do for me. I don't know how many times I begged and cried but he wasn't moved at all. I decided to email Mr. Gibson and sent him the follwoing message:

Mr. Gibson,
I asked you again and again and you said I would be fine.
I need to get my money back. I told you my husband would be mad at me,
this is my rent money, Please dont do this to me.

I sent Mr Gibson another email:

Mr. Gibson,
Please have the guy who took over this account refund the money he
said I would get on 11/22/2013 into my account and not send me a check
in the mail. I am being evicted and will have to move out by tomorrow.
If there is any way he can do it sooner that would help. I will be
staying at a hotel and will need to have some money.

Thank You

I never got a response from him.

Good Morning Mr Gibson,
Sorry to bug you, I know that this is off your hands at this time, I
just wanted to ask you for the name of the person who will refund my
deposit, he said it would happen on 11/22 and I just wanted to f/u on
this.
Please provide me with the name of the person in charge of my refund.

Thank you

Nothing no email from him at all... =(

I tried email him again but the email was returned to me with a warning statement to not email that email address again.

I did end up staying is this terrible motel becuause I got evicted from my apartment, me and my daughter had to go through very sad moments, my christmas was ruined and I ended up with no money, no food and almost lost my job because I couldn't even get to work. I had to sell my old little honda to pay for the motel.

I know I'm never going to get my money back and maybe $912.00 is not a lot to many people but it's a lot to me... I hope that someone does soemthing about this and finds a way to stop it for good. Stealing is a sin and it shouldn't be done. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint and I hope that some day some how, we all get our money back. this company needs to be sued!
