I have had some of the charges reversed but there are lots more as this has been happening for about 16 to 18 months(your calendar won't allow me to go back to 01/01/2012). I need to have my money back. I do not know who these people are and they do NOT have permission to go into my bank account and remove whatever they want. The last straw was at the beginning of this month they removed enough to bounce my rent payment. Having had to resort to my mother for food was bad enough. When I couldn't buy my medicine I got really mad. Please will you help me
