International boundaries
PayPal signed me up with a SmartConnect credit card without my authorization or knowledge and then started pasing all of my Paypal purchases (online monthly dues mostly) through this account. No statemnts sent or anything until I got a "late payment" notice with a $25 late fee and $3.55 interest at 26.99%. They then charged me a $10 fee to cancel the and pay off the account.
PayPal is a scam in many other ways as well and have done such things in the past as put payment on items I sold on eBay into my wife's account. They never were able to explain that one.
