Dowell represents Foresight Security in Malaysia and Australia. He has made numerous promises to me but never once has he delivered. Instead, he raises the price. He is a con man, liar and thief. He uses various ID's to collect payment, always from 30-1-2 Vista Magna, Metro Prima, Kepong Malaysia.
I have met him. He has given me his ID. But he lies and cheats and acts in a totally fraudulent manner.

Dowell said he worked for Foresight Secuirty in Perth. They have never heard of him. He uses [email protected]. His phone numbers are +60163943655 and +60169298823. He recently was using an account at the ANZ in Sydney.
