On January 6,2013 I emailed Karen to make sure my deceased grandmothers outfit arrived. She never did the work. Forgotten to make, email me in a few weeks and I'll start to 10/24/13 and she no longer has the email address. I just want my material back. It's the only thing left of my grandmas. Karen fraud end me!!!
