Sent for free samples for 2.99 RVTL, and EQUINOX for 3.99. Received on today RVTL AGAIN without reordering. Called them they said I was to call in 14 days to cancel future shipments. No where on this web site dud it state that. Informed customer service. He argued with me. Stated they did not give full refunds, bottle is still sealed. I was offered 50% refund. I Took it better than none. Rep was foreign and difficult to understand. Informed I better not receive any more and I am going to bank to put stop on it. I plan to further send complaints to BBB.
