I was offered a free trial of a product for no more than the cost of the shipping of $2.95. After about three days a charge appeared on my credit card in the amount of $159.00!!? I contacted them and after A LOT of bad noise and arguing they agreed to a refund after I returned the product, as they had already shipped it. After receiving the product I called them back and received my return authorization number. They said I must get a tracking number as "we are not responsible for lost packages". Put the unopened product back in the mail today. I half expect the product to end up "getting lost", and not receiving my refund. Here's hoping it all works out. This issue has also been reported to the BBB.
Oh and the company name that it was shipped from......
