I have contacted this company regarding the problem I have had with the Internet Explorer browser, assuming that this was due to the Win 8 performance. The " manager", I communicated with, told to me that he will connect me with the technician, that I will not be charged for diagnostic and if repair will be required, the technician will tell me the cost of the service and it will be up to me to accept or refuse the service. In order to provide diagnostic the company required to download special software in order for technician to remotely control my computer. Ufter several minutes of this "diagnostic" I asked technician ( Technician 29) to stop the diagnostic and to a unload from my computer. After the " diagnostic" the computer was damaged, data lost and the computer's operating system required to reset it to default stage. I contacted manager again and was told that the Tecnician 29 does not exist, and he (manager) does not know anything about our previous communication with him. I truly believe that this company is fraud and must be removed from the business and compensate the damages associated with their behavior.
