There was a charity event advertising 10.00 dollars for a shampoo, cut, style. I told them i just needed the bangs cut, not a full haircut they said "ok". She cut my bangs then said it was 35.00 for the other services. I asked about the special and said bangs werent included!!??!! She wouldnt shampoo or do anything else to my hair. I spoke to the casheir/manager and she agreed w the stylist then charged 18.00 for the bangs. I asked what is that for and she said itsn not part of the special also!! It was on my debit card so i couldnt walk out.
