Dear sir/Madam
I am (Personal Information Removed). I have purchased two holiday package from bag it today in 2012. At that time what they committed with me have not fulfilled so I am applied for the cancelation and return my money. On 6th of September 2012 your sale executive ROHIT SHARMA called me and said that the refund of that money (bag it today) will through vacation gateway. For that they have to create two transaction id for the total rupees of Rs 15098. Within 21 days the total rupees that is 15098(vacation gateway) and 12000(bag it today) will be refund on my account. For the sake of believe he gave his mobile number 08802698904. For that case no conformation call is made by your company. After 21 days I am not got my money I called in your customer care Miss Alka and told all this to her. She told with their senior and arranged the telephonic call from your verification team. I told all this to your verification team, they told me the refund process will going on and it have to be completed with in 20th 0f October. As I have not gate my money back I am further called her. She told me to give a written complain. So I am giving the written complain to her. If my case has not been solved with 2 days surely I am going to lodge an FIR against your company and that nonsense Rohit Sharma. Also I am going to the consumer court against your company.
