I ordered a sample of RVTL cream via an advert on facebook. At no point was I advised that I would be debited for £99.95 on a monthly basis thereafter. I assumed I was paying only for the sample. I would therefore request a refund of this amount in the form of a cheque sent to my home address (which you must have a note of, having sent the sample to me) as my debit card which was charged has now been cancelled. My bank has been informed of this scam and will not authorise any further payments to you.
I look forward to receipt of the cheque as soon as possible.
