My 92 year old father had forgotten his windows password and lost the operating systems disc. I was referred to this company by Gateway (his computer manufacturer). They sold me their service saying they could fix the problem remotely. After several attempts of restarting the computer, holding alt and tapping F8, they said I would need to use the operating system disc and this was rare that their methods worked 98% of the time. I requested a refund and was told that wasn't an option available to me, that to be told I couldn't be helped was actually the tech support I had to pay the $149 for. I was refused any chance of speaking with a supervisor and was bluntly told that there were no other options available to me. My case ID# was 662142, I spoke with someone named Leander at great lengths explaining I did not receive the service I was promised. He said he would investigate and get back to me in three days which, not suprisingly he did not. I attempted to go to their website which doesn't appear to be working. Huge SCAM, they stole from me.
