I was checking my bank account and saw a charge for $19.65 on a purchase I didn't make. I've never had dealings or done business with this company. I tried to call the service number (granted on a Sunday- but I will call tomorrow) followed the voice prompts, but stopped at giving out any further CC info. I started trying to find out more info, which led me to your site to file this complaint.
