International boundaries
placed an order on Sept 18, 2013 for their weight loss product wanting to purchase 2 and get the 3rd free type of arrangement instead I was charged AU$164.00 for 5 bottles. I emailed through their website believing what they said being a 24/7 operation and delivery
in 2-3 days. No response to my email. On 5th October 2013 still had not received any delivery I went to my bank with as much information as I had and requested the bank recall the payment. Guess what?! One week later I received an email from Hamptons saying they were sorry my order must have got lost in transit and they had sent a replacement order. I emailed them saying I did not want a replacement order and that they should had contacted me first and not to send anymore. They have ignored my emails requesting not to resend. It seems to me that they do not want to refund any monies under any circumstance even when my bank is trying to recover the funds.
I shall never recommend Hampton Natural Ltd to anyone. I believe they are scammers!!
