I ordered Mizulean and Puracleanse via the web oand this was despatched on the 20th May 2013. I then changed my mind and returned the goods, following their very long winded requirements, getting a returns number, and then sending the goods back - unopened - by recorded delivery which was signed for on the 31st May 2013. I then noticed they had taken the above money out of my account and range the company again, to be told this was an error and they would refund the money taken. They then refunded £34.97 on the 24th July 2013 so I duly rang again only to be told they pay back the money in bits! I have rung several times since to no avail.
