I thought I was talking to Microsoft when i called the Phone number the search engine recommended.I allowed them to take control of my computer, they proceeded to tell me I was hacked, and unless I did something "NOW" I would probably get my total computer corrupted, and also my bank cards would be compromised and stolen.
Knowing if I took my computer to town, and wait a week for service on it, the bill would be a min. of $75/$90.And they said I would "NEVER" have a computer problem again, computer problem again ,I repeat, He said I would never have a computer problem again! So ,thinking $150 for a service for ever?Since I was a Senior, I jewd him down a little, Great, I thought!!
I was wrong, they said to remove my Norton Security and then could fix it. It went so fast, as far as what they said they could do, I don't remember all the details. The computer was just as slow as before. After contacting them again they said they would call back after checking with there SUPER.,No call backs then my phone calls went to elevator music after that.
