I purchased vouchers for Lombok from Streetdeal Singapore. My situation changed and I relocated from Singapore back to South Africa and could no longer use the vouchers. I requested a refund from Streetdeal who agreed and informed me that they will arrange for a refund. I indicated to them that I no longer bank in Singapore and it was arranged and agreed after 9 months correspondence and arguing that they will make an international transfer which will take 7-14 days. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since the anticipated 7-14 days with no refund. I have been dealing with Kanageshwari Kurusamy | Customer Service Executive.
