I did a Google search to change my address to find the USPS online form for address changes. I clicked on the first link since it's usually the most relevant and official one that comes up in a Google search, and it said USPS on it. When I clicked on the link it went right to the form so I started to fill it out since it looked like the USPS' official form. It wasn't until after I filled out the form and payment that I was suspicious because it didn't tell me how much I was being charged. So I searched through the site and found where it says that they aren't the post office, and that they charge $19.95. I was so upset but even more upset when I saw on my bank statement that they charged me twice. I read on their site that they don't really refund money, but I at least wanted the second charge refunded. After several phone calls they claimed they had refunded it but it's still on my bank statement.

I called again today (10/15) to be sure the refund went through and while I was giving my info to the rep she hung up on me. I called back to talk to someone and because I said I was upset I was just hung up on, she hung up on me. Really? Are there tweens running the phones? I called again to speak to a manager and explained to her why I was calling, then told her I was just hung up on twice. Then she just asked me my number so I was upset that she blew off what I had just said and didn't even apologize for the bad service I was getting, and at that, she hung up on me. A manager. What customer service does this? I called back to ask for the owner and the "manager" answered the phone and told me I won't be speaking to anyone. She said I'm not giving them the info so they could help me.I was, but they kept hanging up, and wouldn't listen when a customer was upset! I let her know I was, gave her the info, and got a confirmation that my refund is supposedly still on it's way, but I really want to be refunded both amounts. Not only is this a horrible scam, but they don't even try to act like a reputable business that helps its' customers.

Update: 10/15/2013

If my refund for the second amount doesn't go through this week then I am seeking $39.90 back since I was charged $19.95 twice.
