This on-line company set themselves up to make it look like they were the USPS site for change of addresses. I filled out the form and the next day I discovered that they had deducted $19.95 from my checking account - I was pi---d. I was changing the address for my sister who I am executor for and now there has been no mail forwarded (we live in different states) and I have to refile the request with the USPS - the real one this time. This could result in all sorts of legal and financial issues for me and my sister. Was so busy trying to get my sister into her new home I forgot to call the company right away. I would like to obtain a full refund and see them put out of business!
