Were annoying at first calling till I took the text message and many calls to set up after I ask for details on line they gave me a number and I received 1 call from inmate then was blocked!I kept all text messages @numbers and they will not answer has a message like for cell phone also could not speak ENGLISH or understand it well I'm out $48 and not only know they RIP me off but I blame THE JAIL AND PRISON SYSTEMS also because they are letting the calling providers THERE SCREW us to!! Wake up maybe most of the trouble they get inside from inmates is because they can't talk to love ones that try to help them on outside and CAN'T AFFORD to talk because they live from PAY CHECK to PAY CHECK and THESE THIEVES out here CAN AND WILL take and make a SMALL FORTUNE ALSO off us WE ARE DOUBLE SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
