I signed up for a free trial of slimming tablets [ only pay for postage ] £3.99 for the Miracle Raspberry Ketone slimming pills and £3.99 for the Colon Cleanse Total tablets on the 18 September. Did not receive anything at all but I was given two tracking numbers to use to track where my parcel was, this only told you that they had been dispatched and nothing more. Checked my bank account today 10th October and they have taken out over £90 twice yesterday [9th October]. I then checked my emails and I have received an email stating as I had not sent the unused pills back at the end of the trial they have charged me full price for the tablets but how could I have returned the unused tablets when I never received any in the first place. I have emailed them and have yet to receive an answer. I am devastated, as I am a pensioner and £90 is nearly one weeks pension for me, so they have taken two weeks pension out of my bank account through my trusting them. I am worried sick and in floods of tears as I have to live the next two weeks on virtually nothing. How people can do this to other people I will never understand or comprehend. The bank has halted any further payments to them but to me that is of little consequence to now. please is there any chance you could help. Many thanks if you can, (Personal Information Removed).
